I founded Charlie Lounge with a single goal: to give small entrepreneurs and freelancers tools that allow them to grow faster, not work more hours daily. My name is Lukáš Uhlíř, and I connect AI technology, systems thinking, and a community of people who push each other forward.

I have long been fascinated by the possibilities of technology in everyday business. I see how many small companies and freelancers struggle with fragmented tools, complex marketing, and the feeling that they should be "doing more," but no one shows them a simple system they could stick to.
Charlie Lounge was created as an answer to this reality. I want every member to have their own AI assistant at hand who knows their business, and a platform that connects key tools into one functional whole. My role is to design this system, guard its simplicity, and help members use it to the fullest in their specific situation.
In practice, I combine the roles of product architect, mentor, and guide. I help members choose the right membership, define initial goals for the AI agent, and set up a process so they gradually build a sustainable system instead of just another short-term "hack".
