Yes. You can cancel your membership yourself anytime in the administration (Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription). After cancellation, you will not be charged for the next period.

You will receive an email with access to the app and an onboarding questionnaire, based on which we will prepare your personal GPT agent. Depending on the membership type, you then either start with agent support (Explorer), book an onboarding call (Creator), or provide us with materials for launching a turnkey solution (Visionary).

If you use the GPT agent and our support, you can have the first functional solution (e.g., webchat or reputation management) within the first weeks. With the Visionary membership, we usually launch the first turnkey solution within approx. 14 days of receiving all materials.

Technically yes, you can have multiple websites and funnels. However, for clarity, we recommend one company = one account. If you need to handle a more complex structure (e.g., holding, agency), we recommend a consultation with our expert.

You can export contacts directly from the platform anytime (e.g., to CSV). Other data (campaigns, funnels, etc.) can be handled individually – just write to our support email.
